By accessing or using ReubenSpyker.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Eligibility to Register & Access Services

To create an account and access Reuben Spyker’s educational services—including online courses, digital subscriptions, or private lessons—you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your registration must include the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Content Advisory

Some content offered on the platform—while educational—is designed for a mature or professional audience.
You and your legal guardian (if applicable) understand that:

While ReubenSpyker.com makes reasonable efforts to label and moderate content, we are not liable for any failure to do so.

4. Account Registration

Users may create accounts to access course content and manage purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Purchases & Payment

We offer both physical products (e.g. the Flo Pilot) and digital services (e.g. online courses, subscriptions, and private lessons). Payments may be processed via:

6. Refunds & Cancellations

🥁 A. Physical Products

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason.

To initiate a return, email rs@reubenspyker.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent to the return address provided via email.

To qualify for a full refund (excluding return shipping):

Item must be in the same condition as received
Include all original parts and accessories
Items that are clearly used, damaged, or incomplete (e.g. worn practice pads) will not qualify for a full refund.

🎓 B. Digital Courses & Subscriptions

All course purchases and timed subscriptions are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. To cancel:

Visit your account’s “Subscriptions” page.
Fill out the Cancellation Request form.
Refunds may take 1–7 business days to process.
Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for refund.

🥁 C. One-on-One Drum Lessons

You may cancel a private lesson with a full refund if done at least 24 hours in advance.

Reschedule is allowed at no cost (within 24 hours)
More than one reschedule: $20 fee per change
Late cancellations (under 24 hours): no refund

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including videos, exercises, lesson plans, and branding—is the property of Reuben Spyker. You may not reproduce or resell content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal purposes
Share login credentials
Resell or redistribute content

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Third-Party Services

We use tools/platforms including:
